I am thrilled to be Daniela's & Lazarus' testimonial, on the basis of their work in my 12-yr-old condo in June 2016. I needed a do-over -- new carpet, new linoleum, painting throughout my place ... plus a toilet fixture replace, a new overhead kitchen light, marble tile repair, caulking, shoe molding, and even stripping a desk. In the beginning, Daniela paid two special visits just to help me pin down what "my heart" really wanted ... and then made it all (TRULY ALL) happen. This team is very special -- versatile, responsive, hard (and fast) working. I can't imagine going to anyone else now -- big job or small. They do it all.
